- Fargo was purchased in January of 1994 and remodeled that winter. The lower level has a living room with fireplace, card room, full bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and is fully paneled and carpeted. A second living room with fireplace is on the upper level along with two bedrooms each with a double and single bed, and another full bathroom.
